Yes. We want to help make your requests as easy as possible. If you need help right away and we are not able to come to you, we can check out the issue remotely to see if we are able to solve your computer issues without a site visit. However, not all issues can be resolved remotely and will require a site visit.

A lot of times, a simple restarting of your computer will help solve the problem. Sometimes programs clash with one another, lose connectivity for one reason or another, or the RAM just needs to be cleared from so much activity. Restart your computer to see if this takes care of any issues you may have.

This is all dependent of the amount of calls received during the day and how far you are from any of our techs. Though we are a small business, we will work diligently to make every call we receive a top priority.
